  • Before you begin, make sure to have a plan for the final product.
  • Take some wet, moistened sphagnum moss.
  • Place the moss between the basket’s wires. You should start at the base and move up towards the top. You should make sure that it’s at least 2 inches thick. It can allow soil to leak out if the basket is too small. If it’s too big, it will make it difficult for plants to grow. Add some moss around the basket to make sure it’s completely covered.
  • Place the roots on the sides. They should be placed apart.

  • Collect your materials.
  • Place the moss liner in the wire basket
  • Place the moss liners in the basket and fill with soil to about half of the top.
  • Place the flowers in the baskets while they’re still in the containers. This will allow you to arrange the arrangements just right.
  • Once you have set up the arrangement, take the flowers out of their container and place them in the basket.
  • You can plant your arms outwards if necessary.
  • You can make a hole at the end of your moss liner.
  • To protect the plants’ leaves, wrap the cellophane carefully around them.
  • Then slide the plant foliage-first through the mesh liner, out the side wire basket, and then release the foliage from cellophane.
